Using the right Equipment for our Life (Bible).

But don’t let it faze you. Stick with what you learned and believed, sure of the integrity of your teachers—why, you took in the sacred Scriptures with your mother’s milk! There’s nothing like the written Word of God for showing you the way to salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. Every part of Scripture is God-breathed and useful one way or another—showing us truth, exposing our rebellion, correcting our mistakes, training us to live God’s way. Through the Word we are put together and shaped up for the tasks God has for us. 2Tim3:17 MSG

Having the right equipment (Bible) is often the difference between success and failure. To insert a screw, a carpenter doesn’t use a Scissors or a knife. When we are under anesthesia, we don’t want our surgeon using a saw. A Mountain climber on Mount Everest won’t use sandals as an equipment.

Professionals are choosy about using the right equipment as they know it can be dangerous if they use the wrong equipment.Life can also be dangerous, too, so it’s essential that we should use the right equipment.

One of the key equipment for us is the Bible to be successful in area of our Life.The Bible always gives us the instructions and we can consult it whenever we are in need of help.

Second Timothy 3:17 says, “The scriptures are the comprehensive equipment of the man of God and fit him fully for all branches of his work” (PHILLIPS).

We have four simple reasons why we need the Bible:

1.To help us Know Who God Is. Nature shows us how God is powerful, creative, and organized, and how he likes variety. But God reveals many other things about himself through the Bible. To know what God is like, we need the Bible.

2.To teach us the Truth. In this age of truth decay, who are we going to trust? A Politicians? A Social Media? The media? Jesus says, “You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free” (John 8:32 TLB). When God speaks through the Bible, he offers eternal truth that we can count on.

3.To show us how to Live. The Bible is God’s given instruction book to us. It includes the guidance what we need to make our life beautiful.

4.To give us spiritual strength and Insight. God will always give us the power to do what he asks. We will find that power in the spiritual truth of his Word.

We never know what the day will bring to us. But whatever it is, make sure We are equipped with the Bible.So, let's use the Bible as an Equipment in our life to be Victorious.Amen.
